The Center for Women’s Resources held a discussion on Violence Against Women under their Lisa Balando School on March 18 with staff members of Kalikasan and CEC in Quezon City. The discussion provided a safe space for people to talk about women and gender-based violence, and legal remedies.

CWR, together with Community Visions and Initiatives (COMVIS), facilitated a discussion on basic women’s orientation with women agricultural workers in Nueva Ecija. It was a day of sharing, solidarity, and inspiration—strengthening their collective power to push for their rights, demands, and aspirations.
