What the health???

Amid the rising cases of Covid-19 in the Philippines, the government imposed a Metro Manila-wide lockdown, softly termed as community quarantine, in cities and municipalities with confirmed Covid-19 cases. However, lockdown is not what we, the people, want to hear. What we want to know is clear and concrete guidelines on how each barangay can provide service to its constituents. 

While we await the government to shed light on recent developments, let us take a look at the country’s current health care system which we all hope will combat the global pandemic Covid-19.
