For a few years, she worked as guest anchor person on the women edition program of Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption (VACC) at DZRJ. She previously taught Gender Studies at Philippine Women’s University.

Known for its efficient relief and rehabilitation service during disasters, CDRC is contacted by the Social Welfare Department and even international organizations for disaster concerns.
